Need more pulling power
I used to pull my 28' rampage with my company truck a 06 Dodge 2500 Cummins Turbo Diesel. A pulling machine. Now I have to used my personal truck. Stock 04 F250 Superduty 6.0 Diesel. What a pig. Using tow haul climbing a grade by Jackson Rancharia Casino at about 42 miles an hour. I heard a nasty sound coming from under the hood. Sounded like a tire scraping but was coming from the engine. Engine warning light came on. What mods can I do without having to put a chip in?

External Speakers
The first time I tried the outside speakers one of them would sound as if it were blown. If I keep it under 20 on the dial it sounds fine but crank it and it sounds like crap. Clarion stereo with an amp. The inside rocks but the outside is weak. The dealer installed a high quality speaker but same problem. It is just one speaker that is giving be problems. Anyone else have this issue or a possible fix??

Reese Strait-Line hitch
I have a Reese Strait-Line Hitch with a 2 5/16 ball. Each time I disconnect the hitch it becomes harder and harder to dislodge the ball from the trailer. Is there a trick to this?

Generator
I am at Pismo this week using my TH for the first time. Everything is running great except for the Generator. Onan 5500. I have the fridge and some inside lights on but when I turn on the TV the Generator dies after approx 10 minutes. One code was low oil pressure but oil level was fine??????? Any Ideas??

I'm going to Pismo next week and pulling a 28' Rampage TH with a Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel 2wd. Has anyone used Steve's towing to get out onto the sand? How much? Thanks

Non Comercial Class A Endorsement
I just bought a Rampage 281 TH with a 12800lb GVWR and just found about this. Does anyone out there have this and how difficult of a test is it?

Actually it is a Nomad Rampage 281 by Skyline . Also looked at Gearbox with all the goodies but heard bad things. Need to buy for Pismo in three weeks. Please help...

New Trailer
Looking to buy first toy hauler. Looking at Skyline Rampage 284. Seems to be a solid trailer. U L Listed 5500 GENERATOR. Any comments on this brand? Also Wife seems to like Tahoe's ???
